Hypnotherapy is a way of changing thoughts that are contributing to unhelpful beliefs, habits and behaviours.

During a hypnotherapy session you’re in control for the whole time just incredibly relaxed.  This allows the conscious mind to be bypassed so to that negative thoughts patterns being run by the subconscious can be changed.

What To Expect During Hypnotherapy

  • During the first session, which will take approx take 60 minutes, a full history of your issues will be discussed along with a session of hypnotherapy
  • Follow up treatments take approx 45 to 60 minutes
  • Your privacy will respected at all times
  • During and after hypnotherapy you will likely feel very relaxed
