Payment Terms & Conditions

Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy

24hrs Notice – Full fee is payable.

Packages – sessions within packages are forfeit without 24 hours notice to cancel or change the appointment.

When a combination of Acupuncture & Healing is booked and only one part of the treatment is taken the



Payment is required at the time of treatment. Cash, debit or credit card are accepted with the exception of American Express. Cheques are no longer accepted. If you require your business to be invoiced for the session, please let me know prior to the session as pre-payment is required.


Full payment is required in advance to qualify for discount with debit or credit cards only. Packages must be used within 6 months of purchase. If you require your business to be invoiced for the course of treatment, this will be issued prior to the commencement of the course and full payment must be made before treatment can begin.

Packages are eligible for refunds for 6 month from purchase however all discounts will be void if a refund is issued. Therefore for each session that has been used within the package the full fee of £44 for acupuncture or £60 or £99 for hands on healing or £95 or £130 for combined treatments will be deducted off the package amount paid. Interest will not be paid on the amount refunded. 

Insurance Payments

Payment must be made directly to Abintra Healing From Within at the time of treatment and claimed back from the Insurance Company unless otherwise agreed.

Abintra Healing From Within will only agree to be paid directly by an Insurance Company if all steps required by the Insurance Company, eg GP referral letter, are adhered to by the client before commencement of acupuncture.   If the payment is held up for more than 28 days from the end of treatment or is rejected by the Insurance Company for any reason at all, full payment must be made immediately by the client.
